Express delivery 1-3 business days to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and most major regional centres on east coast. Longer delivery times may apply (up to 10 business days) to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania,  non-major regional centres and rural centres.

Pensioner Discount

The Pensioner Discount of 10% applies to Australian purchasers only and is limited to 2 units per eligible person.  After purchasing the product at the discounted price you must supply proof of your Australian pension card. This can be done by either:

1. Scanning a copy of your pension card and emailing it to sales@lockjawladdergrip.com.au.
2. Post a photocopy of your card to Lock Jaw Ladder Grip at PO Box 318, Grange, Queensland 4051.

Please ensure the name details on the pension card correspond with the name under which the product was ordered. Once you have placed your order and we have received proof of your pension card the product will be dispatched the same or next business day”.

The Pensioner Discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Warranty
This product is guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty becomes void if the product has been tampered with, damaged by accident, damaged in any other way by improper use or has been purchased second hand. Receipt of purchase must be shown and costs associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the purchaser. If covered by warranty the product will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with this product you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund. We must receive your returned product before the 30 day period expires. The 30 days applies from the date of purchase. If payment was made by credit card then 3% will be deducted from the return funds to cover merchant processing fees. Goods must be returned at the purchaser's cost.
